Tranquility is a beautiful blend of Jasmine, Rose, Clary Sage and Lavender, and is perfect for preparing to celebrate of of our thirteen Esbats of the year, or is great if you love floral scents and just need to find a bit of peace in an otherwise crazy world. For those of you working on your intuitive talents, this soap is very handy. Made with essential oils that were sacred to Seshat, the Ancient Egyptian Goddess of Wisdom and Knowledge, Mistress of the House of Books and the goddess who was said to open the gates of Heaven. The oils in this blend are Rose, Clary Sage, Black Pepper and Cinnamon, and it is coloured using Hibiscus hand sourced from Aswan in Egypt.

In a few weeks' time I will be visiting my dear friends Carolyn Hillier and Nigel Shaw's festival, Riven Stone, which is held just down the track from my family home! In honour of that, an old favourite blend has been re-invented for earth based ritual purposes. To get in touch with the land and connect with the earth, this blend is one of Rose, Vetivert and Ylang Ylang. In another incarnation it was lovingly referred to as Pan's Peanuts, but I think Riven Stone is more fitting.
Coloured with dried spinach to give it a beautiful green colour.
