How to order

Find the items you wish to purchase, add them to your "shopping basket". Postage and Packaging will be shown as you go along. When you have added all the items you require click the "checkout" button. You will be asked for contact and address details. Then send the "order".

 


Methods of Payment 

Payment options are currently PayPal only. PayPal accepts credit and debit cards and you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment using PayPal. If for any reason you do not wish to use PayPal, email us at Bewitching Beads and we will discuss alternative payment methods. This will likely be a personal cheque. Please remember that this process will take longer than using secure automated PayPal payments.

Delivery times

If an item is out of stock, you will be advised immediately by email. We aim to deliver within 5 working days of receipt of order and confirmation of payment/receipt of cheque. At busy times of the year, please allow a little longer. 


Delivery costs
Unfortunately, due to weight restrictions and possible high shipping costs, we are unable to supply outside the UK at this time. Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post Small Packet Rate if under 1kg and by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service if over 1kg and up to 20kg. In the somewhat unlikely event that your order is over 20kg, we will email you to discuss delivery options.

Our postage costs are as competitive as we can possibly make them, and are based on a tiered system by order value.

Returns

We will only accept returns if an item is faulty, in which case, a full refund will be given without question upon receipt by Bewitching of the faulty goods. If returning an item to us, please email us to let us know to expect the parcel and to discuss the problem.

Repairs and Alterations
If you need your piece to be repaired or altered, we will be happy to do this for you free of charge within the thirty days of your purchase. After this a nominal fee will be charged. Please contact us for details.

Commissions
We are  always very happy to take commissions at Bewitching, and what we ask from you is that you demonstrate your commitment to that piece by paying a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. This is to cover the cost of materials and research.
The amount of the deposit will be applied to the cost of your item.

The balance for your commissioned piece is due before the item will be posted to you. I am happy to provide pictures of your item and make any necessary changes before final payment is made.

Terms and conditions
Whilst Bewitching try and ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the content of the site and assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in it or the effect it has upon your computer. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we discover an error in a description we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are correct at the time of publishing, but we reserve the right to make changes at any time. Any changes that we make will be published here and such changes will not affect orders placed within 24 hours of us publishing them.

VAT
We do not currently charge VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay, exclusive of postage and packaging.
