Congratulations! Your necklace has fulfilled its purpose!

Our jewellery has been designed with the intent of giving you an extra bit of help on the road to fulfilling your intentions. Some people believe that if your necklace has broken, it means that the energy cycle is complete and it's work is done!

You now have two options which we can help you with. One is to choose a lovely new necklace with a new aim in mind, or if you just can't bear the thought of being without your favourite piece of jewellery, then we can repair it for you.

If your necklace has decided it is time to finish the cycle within thirty days of purchase and you are not ready yet, then we will do this free of charge. Just contact us, telling us when and where you purchased it, and we will arrange the repair process for you.

Repairs

When we re-string your necklace, we will take every care to give it a new lease of life. All of the stones will go through a rejuvination process, so that when it returns to you it is just like a new necklace. It may look slightly different as we may have to replace any lost or damaged stones, but we are sure you will love it just the same.

Posting

If you need to post a necklace back to Bewitching, we recommend that you use a padded envelope to ensure it is not damaged in the post. Also, make sure you get a certificate of posting as we cannot replace items that are lost or stolen in the mail.
